PROCESS:

• Design System Evolution. As Senior UX/UI Designer, I led the comprehensive adaptation of Bell's existing design system to a new framework that significantly improved user experiences across multiple brands including Bell, Virgin, and Lucky. This involved auditing existing components, identifying inconsistencies, and creating a standardized approach that maintained each brand's unique identity while establishing a more cohesive user experience.
• Accessibility Implementation. I worked extensively on ensuring all digital experiences adhered to accessibility standards, conducting thorough audits and implementing improvements across platforms. By embedding accessibility principles into the design system itself, I helped create a foundation for inclusive design that would scale across all future product developments.
• Technology Migration. Managing the transition from Sketch to Figma presented significant technical challenges due to the vast library of design assets across multiple brands. I developed a systematic migration strategy that preserved design integrity while taking advantage of Figma's collaborative features to improve team workflows. This transition required extensive documentation and training to ensure smooth adoption across design teams.
